1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ClawLok ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
ClawLok provides managed AI agent hosting infrastructure. We supply pre-configured Docker containers running open-source AI agent frameworks on managed servers. You provide your own LLM API key (BYOK model). We handle containers, uptime, and integrations.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to distribute malware, to abuse system resources, or to violate the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Billing & Payments
Subscriptions are billed monthly. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice. LLM API costs are your responsibility and are separate from our subscription fees.
6. Data & Privacy
We do not store your LLM API keys in our database. Keys are stored only on your assigned container. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ClawLok is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
