Refund Policy

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with ClawLok, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your first subscription payment. No questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at hi@clawlok.com with your account email and reason for the refund. We'll process it within 5–7 business days.

After 7 Days

After the 7-day window, subscriptions are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard — your agents will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

LLM API Costs

ClawLok does not charge for LLM usage — you bring your own API key. Any costs incurred with your LLM provider (OpenRouter, Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.) are between you and that provider. We cannot refund third-party charges.

Service Outages

If ClawLok experiences extended downtime (more than 24 consecutive hours) that affects your agents, we'll provide pro-rata credits for the affected period. Contact us to claim credits.
